So, does this sound right for the gross amount?
From your Dec 15th paycheck which includes flying through November:
FLT ADV
FLT PAY
DPSP_CONT
DPSP_CASH (for those over 53K 415 max limit)
Training pay (for new hires)
All these times .18
Anything else I'm missing?

Won't your annual total include flying from Dec 2015?

Here is what the NNP says about retro:
Hourly pay rate increases will take effect as shown in Section 3 Compensation. The consolidation payment (mid-month paycheck) on December 15, which is for November flying, will be paid at the prior hourly pay rate. On or about December 16, each pilot will receive a retro payment for all hours paid from January through November of 2016. The end-of-month partial payment on December 30 will paid be at the new hourly pay rates.

My understanding is we will get 18% of FLT ADV plus FLT PAY (and training pay). The other two (DC Plan) you list are determined by multiplying .15 by your retro as determined by my first sentence. Example: Given that FLT PAY+FLT ADV=$240,000 thru Nov. 30. $240,000x.18=$43,200. $43,200x.15=$6,480. $43,200+$6,480=$49,680 for a retro check.

You do have to subtract the 15 Jan paycheck. The raise is for 2016 and the 15 Jan check is for work done in Dec 15. For the same reason you won't see the 3% raise for 2017 until the 15 Feb paycheck.
