Here comes reserve going from 9/10 overnights a month to 14/15 overnights a month (and yes that second number factors in the precious 12th day off) and a likely pay cut with it. If you are at 75 hours it's a slight pay cut, if you are over guarantee, it's one less day to get further over guarantee... Nice multiple win for the company there huh? Hope the line holders enjoy their gains at the expense of the reserves yet again.
The TA requires more flying for reserves? That's no good, though how do you know that? It's not in the TA specifically.

I work my ass off... I credit 95-105 on reserve every month, but I do it while spending about 12 nights a month in a hotel ( I don't do the constant 2 on 1 off but I do bid some 2 day stretches because I need certain days off ). This will see me spending more nights in a hotel with one day less to go over guarantee, while now not being able to get some of those needed days off.
My guess is you will getting close to $120/hr at 100hrs a month. Not a pay cut!

I'm not flying any harder on RSV than I would on a line. It's not like we're getting consistently junior manned. I'm a 200 RSV CA, I'd rather fly than sit around in a crash pad. I'd argue I'm not flying enough...
