It's possible for senior pilots bidding RSV to fly more with TA.
3 on 2 off instead of 2 on 1 off.

Sure would be nice if all of us never have to fly more than a two day trip like Avro is complaining about. Everything is all about him!

No offense but I am not giving up a $15,000 a year raise so you could sit at home two more nights

I'm not flying any harder on RSV than I would on a line. It's not like we're getting consistently junior manned. I'm a 200 RSV CA, I'd rather fly than sit around in a crash pad. I'd argue I'm not flying enough...
