Sorry my good man, but if you think working here at EDV is “working your ass off”, you have no idea what a real job is like.
And you CHOOSE to be on RSV. You have other options, and choose RSV. Not knocking you for it, I am sure it is what is best for you. But that is part of the beauty of this industry. So many choices....

So there :-)
And yes, I chose to pick a reserve day, I don't hold a line. I'm certainly not complaining, but I maintain, a 900 RSV NYC CA gets used almost every day...

Awesome sauce! But I was not replying to you. I was talking to Avroman, who has been here for the past month or more telling us how badly RSV sucks on the 900 in DTW. The place and plane he CHOOSES to fly.

Ran this thru the Google Translator, and didn’t get a good response. Can you clarify please?
Like I said before... this TA is not the best thing for everyone on property. Some will win, some will lose, and for some, it will be like a handful of sanitizer; a wash. For me, it will mean less pay unless I pick up extra flying. Which I am ok with, because the majority of the people will benefit from the TA. And it should also bolster the industry, which will mean mo-betta things for us as the other regionals play leap frog with EDV.
TL;DR - I am happy with my pay cut, because I am in the minority.

I believe they will come on our 16th paycheck as 1/2 guarantee for January but it will come on a line that says Crew Adjustment since they will probably still use the old rate for any additional flying you did the month prior.

This should be pretty accurate. Pay rates change Jan 1st, so we would see them on 16 Jan paystub. With the last bonus paid out shortly afterwards.
