Ok, if you insist. Considering the OTS success rates are ALSO day one, and that is how Delta has always done it, and you don't even have any evidence to the contrary NOR have you come up with anyone who has failed day two you are coming across as someone who isn't happy unless everything is horrible.
This isn't being "more realistic" this is simply not accepting positive outcomes.

You were saying something about realistic and accepting outcomes?

I will say, to Delta credit, they wanted you all to get one extra point, which NJ made them tell us how many would have been helped. When the number was zero, Delta got real and upped the points so that it mattered.
If the day two is cutting that many guys I believe that is a higher number, and Deltas doing their crap again.
With that said I'm here, I thought the interview was fair, but if it was fair why were guys in my group that didn't get it have the same experience I had and thought they did ok? *Shrug*.
Glad to be at Delta but I'm not happy until I see a LOT more guys over here from EDV.

At this point guys should identify if they believed the DGI was going to be a roaring success or not.

I’m glad that you made it, I’m glad that the guys who got retroactive CJOs made it, I’m glad to see at least an improvement. Where my criticism comes in at is 9E/DL making this out to be better than it is and the lack of transparency. I get it, DPS has their goofball secret sauce to their “proprietary” process. But when people who are already flying your brand, flying your customers, on Delta owned planes - you should tell them the problem. Transparently tell them the problem. This elitist crap and condescending stance is just that: crap. Hiding behind the excuse “that’s the process” doesn’t seem to excuse the fact that Propel still has a better path to Delta. You don’t want to transparently explain the process? Make an Endeavor edition of the interview that floats the boat, works for Propel. Hate us 400 on the top of list? Fine! Don’t hang the rest of the pilot group for it.
