So the over reach for them would have been asking for an integration with delta and pay they were asking for.. They got the pay and was the highest in the industry after that.. Just my opinion but those that voted with their feet helped us get mgmt back to the table. The record high attrition was most definitely a factor. The least we could do is TRY to say thank you to them.
