I believe you have already been given that answer in other threads. Atlas and other ACMI carriers are a pathway, but you said you weren’t down for that.

1. Wait until regional airlines start hiring min time street FOs again.

2. Be willing to make the personal sacrifice to work for what ever part 121 who will hire you, suck it up, and build your time till you can get where you work.

3. Go to part 135 or 91K operator, upgrade to captain on an aircraft that will allow you to buld 121.436 qualifing time.

Just apply to propel and if you get accepted, come to Endeavor and get some 121 time and off to Delta .

I'm a CFI in Propel. I'm a few weeks away from hitting my RATP mins and haven't heard back from a single regional. Being in Propel does not help you get a job at the moment (in my experience).

No, you're minimally qualified, overvalue the little bit of qualification and flight time you have; you've broadcast a sense of entitlement, and aren't willing to lift a finger to help yourself. Even if he did get hired somewhere, his instructors would smoke him and he’d be asked to leave. He’s not likely to succeed in 121 training with his attitude. He thinks he’s special and he’s not.
