1. Wait until regional airlines start hiring min time street FOs again.
2. Be willing to make the personal sacrifice to work for what ever part 121 who will hire you, suck it up, and build your time till you can get where you work.
3. Go to part 135 or 91K operator, upgrade to captain on an aircraft that will allow you to buld 121.436 qualifing time.

I'm a CFI in Propel. I'm a few weeks away from hitting my RATP mins and haven't heard back from a single regional. Being in Propel does not help you get a job at the moment (in my experience).

No, you're minimally qualified, overvalue the little bit of qualification and flight time you have; you've broadcast a sense of entitlement, and aren't willing to lift a finger to help yourself. Youv'e shot down every possibility that's been given you, and thus far, the only thing youv'e offered has been excuses as to why you can't do anything to move your career along. Some people cannot be helped.
