Since the AA wholly owneds upped the ante, I've lost three referrals that had class dates here and left before day one. I also know another guy that's been here about a year and left for Envoy. Agree 100%. There's value in having a pilot group that performs well, and it's clear Delta values performance. From what I've been told from an excellent source, the ALPA proposal is for a no loss of pay transition from bonus to pay rates, some pre bankruptcy perks reinstated, and other benefits such as hotels, 401k, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't finalized until summer time since it sounds like it will be pretty significant contract changes. Great things coming in 2017 for the pilot group, let's keep up the great performance!
