Seems like to me the biggest pay problem is paying people in the training department. Outside of that, until something is done to convince new ATPs that coming here for a shot at Delta is better than a wait for your number to come up to go to American, I don't think we can grow beyond 14 airplanes hoenstly. Lack of west coast flying also hurts recruiting. 300 upgrades is good, but until the other issues are solved, I will be amazed if thrrr is any future growth. Trading 200s for 700/900s isn't growth.

The question was asked about when the southern base would be announced/opened and all they could tell us is the plan is to open it in June, which would require them to formally announce it in the next 2-4 weeks.
