Default LMS gouge?

Did someone really ask about the quiz? There is a gouge somewhere on the internet! 😀

It will probably be a few days after the 8th. That's the day that upgrade form for first officers is due.

People here desperately need to temper their expectations. I've flown with so many new 25yo or so FOs who are counting the days until they hit 1000hrs because that's when they'll be upgrading. When I tell them that it might not happen exactly like that they will not hear it.

With the current upgrade times it will. In 6 months maybe not. Who knows.

Trouble is, they will get to 1000 121 time much quicker than their abilities will get to CA level. That scares me.

Quick question about reserve rules. Someone was telling me about if one were to sit like 3 p3 days in a row, that last day you can just call scheduling and have them drop it no questions asked? What about pm ready reserve followed by 2 days of p3? Would that count?

Have you seen some of the stuff they write up? One wrote "water from lav is inop." That was the write up. Hahaha maybe the water didn't have two hydrogen atoms per oxygen compound.

Not a "safety" issue. Live and learn. Although common sense goes along way I suppose.
