DTW and MSP are not exactly a bed of roses lately... Many of us see the writing on the walls... Stagnant at best... reality is management wants them shrunk more but isn't willing to displace yet to do it.

Default ATP and Bonuses

I've been researching a few of the Regionals. Endeavor doesn't offer the "ATP" like some other airlines,...says they will help candidates 'finish their ATP'. Anyone know what that means?

Regarding bonuses... unless I am reading it incorrectly, looks like Endeavor has a better structure - you get a bonus each quarter that incurs no additional commitment?

Thanks for any help in interpretation!

It is kind of interesting how they word it on their site:

ATP-CTP Sponsored Training
Endeavor can help well-qualified pilot candidates finish up their ATP-CTP certification process by provided company-sponsored training with our ATP training partner.

I understand that there is an HRA and OAP? Not sure of the differences in quality and cost. What is the average cost per month for each approximately.
The HRA plan is what I use to cover a family of four. It's more than sufficient. I think it's about $400/month. The other plan is significantly more expensive. That is to say it is prohibitively expensive for an FO. So much so that I can't even tell you how much it costs, as I ruled it out almost immediately.

That is correct. There is never any commitment for the bonus. The only commitment is that you have to stay employed for each four-month period in order to receive the payout about 20 days later. For example we are currently in the May-Aug period, so one would be required to remain employed through August 31st in order to get paid on September 20th.

After training is complete you get your trng completion bonus and your first retention bonus will be paid and prorated based on when you started. They pay us around the 20th of the months of Jan/May/Sep.

Thanks for the update. Interesting that the ADSB mod is uncertain this close to 2020. At least managment is being honest, not sugar coating.

that was a good one... if you are noticing an uptick in apus that are deferred (specifically on the 200).. its because the company decided to go with a cheaper vendor for overhaul instead of Honeywell...we have been replacing apus and they operate for a few days before they start making metal and shred themselves (at least a few in the last couple months)... step over the dollar to pick up the dime..
