Hey quick question. I'm a return to work soon to finish up new hire course. Could someone PM me on how I can bid for my vacation this year? I wanted to bid soon so I can get a sense of my summer schedule. None of the other new hires know how to do it either. Thanks!

Hey I'm currently in the super easy process of picking where I'd like to apply too and am looking into endeavor. Could someone please tell me what the training pay is currently as well as what cancellation and deadhead pay is? Also, when does a new hire get flight privileges and qualify for health? And is there a daily guarantee? Thanks!

Training pay is guarantee from day one. Cancellation pay is paid at 100% and deadheads are paid 75% of it's block or leg value. I went through training in 2011 but if nothing has changed since then pass benefits were processed in about a week or two after starting class and health insurance after 90 days. If any of this is wrong please let a newer hire chime in.

While our pay was certainly hacked in bankruptcy, we managed to hold onto some decent work rules and soft pay. 4 hour min day I believe is industry leading.

Thanks for the info! How many hours is the training guarantee? As for training, I'm assuming the hotel is provided and is it single occupancy?

Hotel is provided and it is single occupancy. Pay is 75 hours a month. Or 37.5 per pay period. I believe your health insurance will start the first of the following month after you start. This is how return to works are handled so I think new hires are the same. Ie: if you start the 30th you are golden. If you start the 1st you have to wait a month.

Doesn't sound too bad compared to some other places for training pay. Thank you!
