Anyone else having issues logging into Crewtrac remotely? Late afternoon yesterday I was having problems but I understand it goes down from time to time.
Tried just now (both times on my laptop) and still having issues. It's actually been solid since they fixed the issues in March so this is somewhat surprising.

Coincides with the server swap. I'm not surprised at all. Mine did just work to self-notify some scheduling shenanigans though.

So we all had to guess that this was part of the citrix work. I read that vague announcement when it came out...may have made sense to the IT dept....but a list of programs/services associated would have been helpful to the rest of us. Alas...its all over now.

Has anyone had issues with crew pay not putting anything in rainmaker after being bought off for OE? I had 100 credit before being bought off for OE, now it's showing 76hrs without any notes. I didn't see the BOE code in crewtrac either.

You can also input the correct info into rainmaker. I've had the same issue and that fixed it.

Also, double check your 32 hour overnights on 5 days. I've had three in a row where they didn't give me min credit for that day. Quick fix.
