Hello All
Quick question. I already had a class date with republic but am interviewing soon at endeavor . The biggest pull for me would be the Minneapolis base for 9E but I understand that it's very senior and the 200 base here is going away. What are my chances as an FO to ever see MsP as a base?

You'll get NYC as a new hire. I managed to get MSP 900 as an FO after about a year when a big class of FOs went to upgrade. Wouldn't count on MSP captain any time soon. We have captains that are working on their 2nd decade on reserve.

True, I was awarded it on a secondary on this last vacancy. 12+ years and would've been about 6 from the bottom. There's probably going to be a shakeup next year when they close MSP 200 base and many senior 200 drivers go to the 900
