Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

wait, someone stole my title, I'll have to go looking for something negative... Got it, it's the 25th anniversary of the shutdown of Eastern Air Lines thanks to the biggest dill weed to ever touch aviation (yes even worse, by a hair to deregulation that created that douche) Frank Lorenzo.

Check flightaware and you can see the 200's flying out of Kingman. There is no need to post of wonderful tales - the last vacancy had around 60 upgrades (someone can send you the award if you don't believe it), another vacancy is coming out this week. Come back and get the numbers, we can send you the PDF of the vacancy if you don't believe it. The bonus ($23,000) is in the contract as an LOA - someone can send you the ratified LOA signed by the Union and the company if you don't believe it. Every month Delta hires 45 or more people 15 pilots from Endeavor move to Delta - again we can send you the bridge agreement and seniority list if you don't believe it. What else do you not believe about what is posted on here? What wonderful tales are you hearing but not believing? Go back and read the threads on 9E during bankruptcy, the Pinnacle threads have always been brutally honest (this one included). If you don't believe it just look at the post history of most posters on here.
As for upgrades, yes they are happening, yes because of the lack of hiring and the mass exodus of FO's in 2014 there is a massive gap in the hire dates of currently in class upgrades and guys that could go in the next few months. As for morale, there is certainly a better vibe than 2014. There are plenty of captains that (rightfully so IMHO) that are still a bit bitter over the way Delta treated them with the bankruptcy, cancelling of the Mesaba guys' flow, and the pathetic SSP charade. (If you went to a union road show, you'd understand that comment) That said, yes, bonus is a binding LOA ( the company can't just decide not to pay it ) the upgrades have been flowing, the FO movement has been at a reasonable pace. Now don't expect any significant movement in the 900 captain ranks at this point without new planes as it's pretty well full of lifers after the SSP disaster, but otherwise there is movement in a good way for the first time in many years here. The money is overall around the top of the industry, and you can get your coin flip guaranteed interview at Delta if you want it. The bases here have been more stable than most regionals as well. (though we've had our pain of changes as well) The training department has been brought up across the board to be top notch, and management does seem much more willing to support the pilots, though you still need to know the rules and borders and have a spine to push back when needed as you would anywhere.

My point being.... if republic is the better place for you which you haven't even started class yet. Then you wouldn't be on an Endeavor forum posting your opinion about the regional you didn't chose. Seems like someone is questioning their decision. Posting about a "good recruiting tool" is something used that is backed up by what's on paper. If you worked here which you don't you would be able to see the movement and growth. I will not speak anything on your airline because I know nothing other than what's on paper. You won't see me lurking on a thread discouraging anyone from going to a place that I've never worked. Considering you've never worked here I would say you don't know what you're talking about. Also you haven't made it through initial but good luck in your decision hope it all works out.
Whether I go to RAH or not is irrelevant to my posts. After a couple months seeing the trolling on RAH forums and the constant trolling posts about RAH and E9 on RAH threads, especially from posters like 404yxl, I thought, well, it's actually entertaining to put the troll hat on once in a while.

Still doesn't make you right doing your recruiting and trolling on RAH threads with your unreal promises of 3 years upgrades.

Nice long post. For sure I don't know anything about your airline except that my 2 best friends work there, 6 years for one.

There's that and I don't remember seeing threads twelve years ago where people are asking "what's the best Regional to go to"? Maybe they were there and I just don't remember. I feel it's all kinda subjective, and one needs to pick the best one that suits their needs. But now people want gaurentees. Hard to gaurentee anything in this business especially the regional side. Quite often the good regionals of today end up going through tumultuous periods.
