Supposedly new hire training failures are very high right now though. So not all those people are hitting the line. Reasons, I don’t know.

Where are they hitting the failures one the MV? I saw a few systems validation test failures in ground school but that's about it.

And at just about halfway up the list, I moved up 112 spots in the two months between 21-06 and 22-01. 56 per month, all CA worthy. If this keeps up for a year, EDV will only have the 200 protected captains and FOs without the time to upgrade.

This is something that this company nor any other company has ever seen before. They need to do something and do it quick. The only option that I see would be a complete staple with DAL pay. That would retain the people on property, obviously help with the hiring and also give the company a lot more flexibility.
