If, and big if - if AA files, it would be a reorganization bankruptcy. Not liquidation.

That is just as bad my friend, that means all contracts will be canceled, wages will go down, benefits will be eliminated, you can forget flows into AA.

9E pilots aren't really worried about the end of any flows to AA.

9E pilots should be worried that when​ AA files for Chapter 11, then every other legacy carrier (if not the majors as well) will follow suit in the next race to the bottom.

Never in the history of the airline business has wage and benefits been cut to bring a company back to profitability.

I can not remember a time in the history of the airlines that a contract has been thrown out and company imposed wages have taken place. If it has, it has been extremely rare.

Most airlines will likely not go bankrupt during this epidemic.

Have you seen our contract? LOA 33, in particular?

"WHEREAS, the Company and the Association have reached agreement in this 2012 Restructuring Letter of Agreement concerning amendments to their current joint collective bargaining agreement (the “JCBA”) and, as amended by this Restructuring Letter of Agreement, such modified agreement (the “Modified JCBA”) is in furtherance of the Company’s effort to successfully reorganize through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process; and..."
