All you got is kool aid to keep drinking while I keep taking those checks to the bank to cash. How has that kool aid worked out for your pay check??

The only thing is that coming off of IOE you want to fly the airplane as much as possible to solidify your recent learning. It's kinda hard to do that while on RSV flying 20hrs a month :/

+1. Over about the last 14 months I've worked reserve about 4 months out of DTW as an FO and can count on one hand the number of times I got a flight assignment. This is with the first out preference. P1 for one month, P2 for two months and P3 for one month. I even called to try to get flying sometimes. It could have just been luck of the draw for me, but I definitely didn't get used much, as an FO at least.

And if by some gods Grace they somehow get expressjet to merge half their company and ALPA is good with it and the merger happens then I'll eat my words, but I'd be happy to bet a years salary there will never be a 9E EV merger.
Well you split them back up into 2 separate certificates. Then you sell one of.

Oh snap, one thing I've learned over the years in this industry is you can never completely rule out everything. One thing's for sure, Skywest, Delta, and maybe United are up to something regarding Express Jet

The young kids haven't figured it out yet. All this is tied together and the plan was set in motion about 18 months ago.

Oh yeah. DAL does. A rollover would be as easy as 1 2 3.

As to the things change. On a daily sometimes hourly basis.

Aren't certificates surrendered at shutdown? Happened after NWA got the Independence one to use for Compass IIRC.
