Depends on the situations, how much notice can you give? Is this for your wedding, or a friend of a friends? Is this your first born or a 3rd cousins?

During ground training? Nope. During FTD and sim training? With enough notice it's possible. During OE? Probably. Buildup line post OE? Likely. Once you hit the line? Possible.

Big thing is not during the classroom training footprint and give as much notice as possible.

I am wondering if anyone on this forum knew.

If it was a real program, you would've heard about it by now because endeavor would use it as a recruiting tool. Get a job as a CFI and get your time like the rest of us did. Then you aren't obligated to go to one place over another when the time comes.

There have been whispers and rumors about something like this for a couple months now. Nothing official yet has been announced as far as I know though. Until it's announced I wouldn't plan my career around it. Maybe contact the recruiter you a spoke to previously if you have to know something now. Good luck!

Default PBS system

Howdy all. New hire guy here sitting in my first PBS information session. Unfortunately I'm unclear if he is talking abut the DNA of a donkey or the regular programming of mister Rogers reruns. Clearly I will be on reserves for a while. Is there any "normal" guide to understanding what the heck this scheduling stuff (CNO lines, bidding guides) is all about? Have no clue, but very thankful to be part of this company! Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you had your presentation at 3:30 today, that was a good time to ask questions. Being that few know what to ask, the big thing is the phone number and/or email of the PBS group to contact them after your last sim. From that point you can get real world help into setting up YOUR bid for what YOU want.

If you have questions about how to contact the PBS group, PM me.

Show them some respect for the job they are doing, and perhaps you will learn more.

Not trying to be harsh, but the knowledge is available to you in person, and you should push (gently nudge) your instructor to provide it to you. I am sure the information is very near to your fingertips in your training department.

Good luck. I know many don't like PBS.
wow I don't think I would go ripping on a new guy maybe he was on a break. why don't you give him a chance and help him out instead of being a tool.

Yep, it is you isn't it Bob? Bob Jenkins? You are back, there is only one person who knows it all on this board and it is Bob. You can change your name but you can't change know-it-allness of your posts can you?
