Yep, seeing big class FO class photos every two weeks, and now more and more upgrade groups as well. It's funny reading this thread on the first few pages and the naysayers who doubted we'd even really be around or get -200s back. Nobody can predict a few weeks/months/years ahead.

It's possible in training. Both aircraft types operate there so if you don't get it initially, you can jump bases without swapping aircraft types.

envoy just announced a retention bonus program for their first officers (only) that is similar to ours, albeit only two years in duration and totals $20,000 over that time.

I think this could potentially pave the way for talks of flow through program for us here at 9E as our pay advantage margin will shrink but they'll have the added benefit of a flow.

Anyone else concur?
