There are tons of memos already out explaining this. Rainmaker will be based off of door close brake dropped. The way it's always been. Sounds like a scheduler who didn't know what they were talking about. If your rainmaker gets adjusted to forward movement then you have a pretty easy grievance to file.

The fact that they changed the time in the first place is ridiculous

1337pilot 05-12-2018 03:18 AM

Make you look at the actual duration not the scheduled duration in rainmaker. It's been working right, and looks like they fixed the cargo door still being not giving you an out time. And schedulers don't know anything about pay. Crew pay are the ones that are supposed to adjust your pay if needed.

FODhopper 05-13-2018 04:37 AM

Two days ago on a ferry I closed the door but forgot to drop the brake for almost 20 mins since we still had other things to do and we had no tow bar hooked up... Called DX three hours later and they fixed it... No hassle. May not always be this easy... But it does get fixed.

Per VP of Planning
No fleet growth for remainder of 2018. Holding steady at 102 crj 700 and 900's. 36 crj200's. Looks like its not us taking any more 700's
this year.

DasSchwerin 05-14-2018 01:56 PM

The way I read the email they are just trying to give us the status of the current flying. The email said they will will update us once they have clarity on the fleet plan for Q3 and Q4. The email doesn’t say anything about not growing later this year.

prex8390 05-14-2018 02:14 PM

So 175s by August?

That is not even close to what he said. Good Lord. Did you read the first paragraph??

"Endeavor’s fleet plan post summer is still being evaluated. Additionally, it is important to remember that our flying schedules change frequently and are always subject to change. If any of the information below changes as we move forward we will certainly keep you updated so you can make informed decisions. "

Anybody know how much this dental reimbursement is going to be?

Probably not alot. I'll guess $21.54, we're playing Price is Right rules... $1 might be a good guess.

Pay stubs are published. You can check for yourself. I got about $2.80

Two high level sources within Endeavor mgt have stated. “20 newhires a month for attrition” and “no new AC planned for rest of 2018”. Where is the mystery?
It doesn’t mean things can’t change but it doesn’t mean they will.

And other reputable sources saying to expect an announcement by the end of summer.

Just saying, blanket statements aren't helpful.

Announcement for 2019 probably

Casualinterest 05-15-2018 10:32 AM

Perhaps, I wouldn't put that past them. But based on everything I've heard I would still put money on an announcement by fall. But who knows, I'm a terrible gambler

When we leave feedback on API/Crewcare regarding a hotel, does ALPA or the hotel for which we leave feedback actually receive the feedback? I try to leave positive reviews for places that do a nice job and for hotels that I like, but all I receive is an automated email from API thanking me for my feedback which makes me question whether or not it’s just some computer getting my compliments...

I believe 3 parties get them. ALPA, company hotel people and API.

I've actually gotten seemingly customized replys ro hotel compliments. I'm very interested to see the reply to to the scathing feedback I just submitted for APIs completely not scheduled oi NY a limo today even after assurances from scheduling. Hotel said there's no names on the hotel reservations so well see how that works out if we ever get there

Does anyone know if Endeavor pilots have been hired by Delta lately outside of the DGI? Thanks

Given that DGI hasn't officially started, I'd say yes. I know of at least 80 that have gone to Delta year to date; something like 775 since SSP started. That includes SSP and OTS. Not sure any other airline can boast advancement numbers like that. Prove me wrong.

Why the troll comment? I got back $2433.89 for health insurance and $2.34 for dental. It all depends on what plan one is on.

Our own CEO donated $5000, the least everyone can do is drop a few bucks to help out his family.

Come on people!

Apparently I missed something, my apologies. I saw we were getting a dental refund, I didn't see anything about a health insurance refund. I assumed (incorrectly) that the guy was trolling by saying he got 2K back.

When did we get the health insurance refund? Which plan was it?

He must be on the PPO health plan spending a lot more than the HRA/HSA plan. I’m on the HSA family plan and only got about a 20 dollar dental refund, and no medical refund. We also hardly ever go to the doctor.

I believe we received an email sometime back talking about the insurance plans getting audited. I do have the more expensive plan PPO or whatever it's called.

Per our new contract are we allowed to be given a single day of reserve? I felt like it was no. I didn’t even bid it. But my June Flica schedule shows one.

Definitely no expert, but I know you can select “Allow single days off” and “Allow 6 days in a row of reserve”. Maybe there is also an option to allow a single work day?

You can have a single day of reserve if it's adjacent to another assignment, like a trip, training event, or meeting.

There’s an issue with PBS that sometimes will put a single reserve day. Per the contract, minimum is 3 days in a row. File a mis-award and they will move it.
