Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Yes, one with a shot at a meal and generally less legs per day and a bigger variety of overnights... and less pilot workload to fly, most of the lifers would. Keep in mind 90% of MSP guys live within 50 miles of MSP.. they wouldn't commute to fly a B747 or they'd have done so a long time ago.

you mean the 2 or 3 of the 14 that actually were hired in that ETD program? It failed because Delta refused to hire ( or even interview) anyone that they wouldn't have hired for themselves that day. We had a flood of resumes when that program was announced.. Delta rejected 96% without an interview offer... then it was a coin flip for a job offer. It was basically career military ( I think 2 were charter guys the rest MIL) that had moved to desks or drones and weren't flight current... they got current and left rather than wait the years for Delta.
If you were qualified and competitive to apply to Delta, why would you apply to Endeavor with a then $25/hr to start and $37 max FO pay that then required you to be a captain 2 years (when we had 9 year FO's) to go to Delta???
Wendy the Slow Adult, could see through that one...

Not when 90% of that 90% is already over 50 years old... They want their weekends off, their 4 weeks vacation, and no risk of furlough. They'll give up the extra pay (that they wouldn't see in time to matter anyway)

Funny thing is the original program after the SSP would have been the best program in the industry and people couldn't say enough bad things about it. It would of beat any of the AA programs hands down - too bad people didn't bite back then. Guaranteed job at Delta, 300 a year, those guys that went through the program will be at Delta sometime next year and it would have been much quicker if the program would of stuck because the 300 went down to 144.

Sounds about right. Every captain I've talked to on the 900 wouldn't leave it if we re open ATL or open RDU as a 200 base. FO's maybe idk but the CA's I talked to would rather wait to see if a 900 base in the south opens up. I'm sure there would be some guys that would bid the 200 for a southern base but most guys seem comfortable on the 900.
Or they just put in dual qual then everybody is unhappy!
