It would be very interesting if AA were to slow down hiring yet again. Delta and United have been hiring hundreds of pilots per year for a few years now. AA is getting farther and farther behind. The retirement numbers at AA also spike the highest in about 3-5 years time. They'd better be ready for the increased numbers sooner than later.

It's not necessarily a direct ratio of pilots on seniority. It is capped at 25% of AAs new hires for the year. So at some point an increase in pilots on property doesn't equate to more flows.

I was accused of being their water boy for saying it was possible exactly as they projected. You can't argue with success.

It was just announced this Friday that next Friday there will be an announcement to be announced the following Friday. Stay tuned folks, rumors are growing legs on multiple fronts, backs, and sides. Bigly. Tremendous. Are you tired of winning yet? You will be, just wait till next Friday!

Huge congrats to these new Captains!
Also, a big kudos to Skyvector for not letting the negative Nancy's get the upper hand here and keeping us all informed of the latest great news! This news is huge and rightly so. We now have SUB 2 year upgrades. Yes, I just said SUB.
A couple of years ago everyone scoffed when the Charlie Bucket 2.5/6 was introduced. Turns out it actually is better than projected. By the end of the year, maybe 1.5/5. Things are only looking up at Envoy. I'm guessing you guys on the fence about coming here a couple of years ago are kicking yourselves now. You could be a Captain now with less than 3 years to your seat at AA.

ARE YOU SERIOUS???? You are actually saying in December we are likely to flow guys who have been at Envoy for 5 years????
You are so full of lies it's not even funny. No one who came here two years ago is a CA right now. Wait did I just get trolled or miss sarcasm??
