I know I'm just wasting my time with you, but you do realize "awarded" and "upgraded" are two different things right? The upgrade time, the time it's taken someone to upgrade (flying as a CA, getting PIC, and getting paid as such) is still at 6 years.

...it is also a FACT that early 2011 hires were awarded upgrade last October and are still waiting to go to class

That's their choice, everyone knows that the quick upgrade is on the 145, u wanna wait, then go for the 175, wanna wait even longer? Go for the CRJ

And can someone tell me why, as training to be a FO we get FO rates. Training to be a captain we get FO rates.

According to all the rah rah stooges we ARE a captain when it's on paper. Pay up!!!

And how come at airlines like Republic and Piedmont FOs withheld from upgrading get captain pay after a reasonable amount of time but we don't?
