I have no issues with swayne. But I have a hard time understanding why he hasn’t produced a video about the benefits of being in a union. I’m sure future aviators would like to know the pros and cons.

Wouldn’t be a very inspiring video. “Your Union will undermine and sabotage you in negotiations with your employer, but you have to tolerate them because your employer is a monster and would destroy your career just because without them.”

Part of this thread is the discussion as to why Swayne gets to go around and shoot his videos while Chavez got threatened with the boot.

They both garnished a similar amount of viewers, so why did Chavez get let go when he arguably had better content?
