Doubt it. |

There was a video of his that popped up on my feed about things he wished he would have known about being a pilot. He seemed down about regional flying. He’s only been there less than a year right?

Seemed smarter than that. |
I just watched that. He published the video march 7th, so it's not really new. It didn't seem to me that he was down about Regional flying, per se. Rather, I got the feeling that he was just trying to enlighten potential new folks about the realities of the business.

Can we get him to post a very detailed video of how to use DECS? I would tone down my ridicule in return.

At least Garrett doesn’t sugar coat it like Swayne. Garrett’s videos are way more educational and realistic.

He’s just musing about a specific person that he has distaste for to have been furloughed vice someone he has no distaste for. I’m sure if you had a say there are some pilots you would rather see on the furlough list than others. And if you say you wouldn’t then you are just being dishonest with yourself.

the fact that he apparently did because he doesn’t like the guy’s YouTube videos WHICH NO ONE IS FORCING HIM TO WATCH, merely ups the ante. If he had a more rational reason to dislike him, it still wouldn’t justify using an anonymous board name to vilify someone. |

Nobody is wishing anyone to be out on furlough, those that got butthurt about it just took it the wrong way, and I don't have a problem with SM at all.
My point is had he experienced furlough himself maybe one of his videos would include this topic and perhaps bring more awareness to the current situation. This Mesa dude tried to thank Envoy guys on this forum for a nice ride, and he got attacked cause his post was not properly worded. Give me a break |

Indeed. From the legacy perspective it's regional pilots, who work for pennies on the dollar and fly mainline routes while we're furloughed or on reduced ALVs.

Because of giveaways in scope the legacy pilots have given up to their management - at least for those legacies with any scope limitations at all...
My comment wasn't serious, just making a point about throwing stones in houses with a lot of glass windows. |
