It has largely been upheld in courts that if you put yourself out there to the general public, you lose many expectations of privacy. In the case of the Blue Falcon, he didn't do anything to willingly make himself a public figure and thus has more protection than Swayne. Swayne puts his name in his videos and is a YouTube personality, can't really complain when people call you out by your own name.

I doubt almost any of you commenting on this thread have ever worked with him. I obviously haven’t, but frankly I’ve heard nothing but good things from people I know who have.
I reply to this thread because I think it’s frankly ridiculous - YouTube “personality” or not. Who cares? Don’t we ALL have better things to worry about? |
