And here lies the biggest issue with our contract, it has so many amendments that if you just read the contract you are very likely being misinformed. The fact that you have to sort through LOA’s and then apply then to old rules is crazy. The contract should at the very list update and notate at eac instance when an loa applies to it so people know that there is more information someplace.
