Manual trades will work - the form is a pain to fill out, but Swaps/Drops can and will combine day trips into multi-day sequences.

Well you can use an RF and request to trade 4 day trips for an individual 4 day. But by the time the request gets looked at the trip you wanted is probably gone. So it’s kinda self defeating. You can always try though.

Pretty sure there isn’t one. Might be but I’ve traded with a dude 8 hours before the start so it works pretty close to the trip.

1 year after date of hire, but only at the start of the next quarter. Aka someone hired 1 year ago wouldn't see their first bonus payment until December I believe, which reflects the fall quarter.
