He said the same thing last bid. I’m pretty sure he even said 9 last time. At this point I think he’s full of ****. I would bet money they got everyone.
Remember, I’m the creepy guy that *7 the entire FO list and only found 72 people with 950+ company time. Of course that doesn’t include other qualifying time but still. Same guy, same claim. I think it’s garbage.

If you truly did 7* the entire FO list just prior to the bid closing then you know I’m right and who the 9 are. Because they had over 950 and didn’t get the award. I don’t know their stories. Maybe it’s ML. Maybe they have resigned. Maybe both their 3P and 3D were blank. I don’t know. But the truth is available to anyone with DECS access and the time to 7* the FO list.

Last time it was 10. 9 of those 10 are no longer on the seniority list. I don’t know their stories. The last one of those 10 got awarded the upgrade this time.
