When displaced you get what you can hold. If you’re super junior then you get displaced to the rubbish left over regardless of your 3D list. That’s seniority for you.
Different story if you have some decent seniority.

Not necessarily for the super junior guys that get bumped/displaced.
When displaced you get what you can hold. If you’re super junior then you get displaced to the rubbish left over regardless of your 3D list. That’s seniority for you.

True in general, I was referring to a few of the guys I know with this bid. There were a few junior guys who could've held something they really wanted, but they didn't have their 3D or 3P set correctly. Case in point - OCC who wanted to stay in ORD got NCE when a junior pilot got OCE.
