2 things that stood out
-It looks like every qualified FO was either awarded or dispalced to a CA position.
-There were about a dozen people holding DCE/OCC that were displaced to the 145 because they didn't put in enough bids.

Something to remember whenever the company tries to plead poverty at the negotiating table. Everyone who’s been needlessly displaced to another fleet only to move to another a couple months after they finish training should make their voice heard as an example of money that could’ve gone towards raises and QOL improvements.

They may have enough FOs qualified, but they still have to find enough people WILLING to upgrade, judging how many displacements there were they haven't. They need to incentivise the upgrade by preference more than the upgrade by displacement. Why would anyone give up the 8k and flexibility they get from displacement.

Ridiculous that there were displacements BOTH directions between OCE and OCC. The company could have fixed this and avoided a lot of wasted training time and lost productivity from multiple displacements the past year plus. It is likely a combination of spiting the pilots and not wanting to negotiate training displacements so they wouldn’t have to negotiate anything else.

Haha I would of thought/predicted they wouldn’t of needed to 15G4 this time around but what do I know. There has been so many training cycles caused by this debacle the company has caused.
