Guys who are flowing next month have been here over 8 years. It’ll continue to drop down to 5 years around 2021 then it starts to go back up.

Somewhere between 18 months and 3.5 years. Factors involved are: Aircraft, base, reserve time, training backlog, amount of OT you desire to pick up, amount your actually able to get, how frequently you get displaced for IOE. not much you can do about most of these.

Republic JS guys have pretty serious delusions of grandeur. Jumpseat wars are never a good idea. Never.

It's a memo from there union to the gate agents from aa, eny and pdt. I dont see this as being anything more than a public stunt for their members kinda like our mec does.

What’s the actual (revised) monthly flow rate? 15? 20? 25? I’m referring to the new rate set by American.

Wow. Thanks for sharing, will discuss with captains during boarding. Aren’t we bottom of the barrel on any non-Eagle branded Republic flight? So parity exists already.

The Protected Pilots are flowing at 29 per month. They’ll be gone the first class of 2020. The next group the L10-11’s flow at 20 per month and will be gone in the third quarter of 2020. After that it is a ratio based formula which should end up at around 23 a month.
