As far as I knew, you hit the one year mark and you are done. Anyone know the skinny on this?
When you hit day 365 you are off probation. Don’t let anyone feed you a line of BS that you have to see the CP in order to get off probation. You need to see the CP to get rid of the messages at the end of the release. That’s all. The CP will try to get a meeting done before your one year anniversary. If it comes and goes without you having that meeting then email your rep and he can make sure you’re removed.

I never emailed/visited the CPO, I just had CA's asking me why the probie report was still printing out with the release a 6 months after the end of my probation. The Union dues starting coming out of my paycheck right on point so someone's keeping track of it.

I actually didn't get the probie reports off until I flew with the ORD CP himself and brought it up.

Funny how the union dues start coming out immediately but the FO retention bonuses don't start until the quarter AFTER you get the CP sign-off. Of course there is nothing in the contract about this second step.

They don’t start until you first quarter where you’re off probation with the company. It has nothing to do with the CPO.

You're right in saying that is has nothing to do with the CPO, but bitwiser is also correct in saying that the payments don't start until the start of the quarter after you're off probation. AKA, If the quarter ran between Jan 1st and March 31st, and you got off probation Jan 2nd, you wouldn't get a bonus for that quarter. Your first bonus wouldn't arrive until the 2nd quarter bonus gets paid out in the Summer. You're still guaranteed all 8 payments reguardless, unless you get into some weird situation like... say a CA displacement and the bonuses get cut off. But that would never happen, right?

Funny how the dues have to do with the union that protects you ALPA. and the bonus has to do with the company.

That’s what I said. The first quarter after you’re off probation, which would pay out in the second quarter.

Default Envoy CRJs

Anyone close the crj department that knows how many we have left? Been quiet on those since they announced the early departure date of the end of this year. Just was curious how many are still flying under our name?
