You have the same here if anyone reads their contract except for the travel and benefits

Unless there’s an LOA altering what’s in the contract (which is entirely possible), I don’t see anything like that in there.

A. We furlough in reverse seniority order. No voluntary option.

B. It’s true that you retain seniority here, but no longevity accrues. At my other airline it did. I may not have been clear about that.

C. Keeping travel and health are a big deal.

I couldn’t find any LOA. What you said is accurate. Travel and benefits loss is huge.

My apology, was thinking displacement in place of, you are correct nothing in contract referencing furlough in place of.

Any word on offering another round of CSLOAs next month?

With all the news of the aircraft coming back online I would be highly surprised if they offered it again, at least to flight crews.

I’ve heard they’re asking FAs to come back early.

I mean they can keep paying me for free, I don’t mind. The way things look, I’ll be just sitting at home getting paid as a senior reserve for the foreseeable future. In my opinion they should just offer the leave again and keep it open, just makes business sense.

This is Envoy management we are talking about here, business sense and helping the pilot group rarely see the light of day. My guess is, they have picked up a lot of flying that isnt on the schedule yet and will be dumped into OT, hence the influx of aircraft coming back. Hunch would be reserves flying a lot.
