Additionally, I’ve heard straight from a recruiter that if you are a graduate of a part 141 aviation college (riddle, Purdue, ASU .etc), it puts you to the top of the stack. Which is because those guys and gals have the best pass rate through our training (99.9 something percent). In this hiring climate, it makes sense they prioritize those who’ve historically had the best success in training.

I wish i knew it was this easy! lol. I finished rATP mins and ATM written back in January, have had applications in since October, updated weekly. Then a buddy said that he just emailed, so I did the same, 2 business days later had an interview date. By the time I get to the interview will be at unrestricted ATP mins, so guess thats good.

If it makes you feel any better, I paid my dues in other ways...including earning food stamp money, a furlough, a furlough due to shut down, and wandering the IT wilderness for a decade.

Yeah, I'm not sure either. I think someone who was in the class dropped and they used me to fill their spot because that class was announced like a week or two ago. Seems odd they'd wait this long to notify, but I'm definitely not complaining lol. I was in the canceled June class from last year, so I guess they're digging into that list now.
