It's a tough environment right now. What is 180TT? Turbine? If it's multi keep flying the crap out of that. If it isn't try to get the multi up and when you have the time get an unrestricted ATP (I know you already spent a bundle on ratings but you need to differentiate yourself from the sea of CFIs if you aren't a cadet).
In the meantime get some face time with recruiters. It seems silly and it's usually difficult to get time off from entry level jobs and you don't have flight benefits but it works. Even if it only gets you hired 3 months earlier that can make a big difference. |

Any of the HTFOs who had class dates cancelled last year in May get a class date yet? I'm still waiting - offer letter was in March 2024. All of my time is ME, I have an ATP and have prior 121 experience. I don't get it. Yes, I've emailed them and they keep responding that they will get me in when they get me in.

I was lucky and found a better job in the 16 months they've left me hanging. But if I hadn't, it would be a hard sell to go work for a company that treats people like that. I stomached the bring the cadets in first stuff. But OTS guys are getting interviewed and put into classes now. And I've heard the issues with earlier HTFOs and DECs, but stringing people along like this is downright wrong. |

Im a LTFO. (<1000hrs 121) Interview: May 29th, 2024 Class Date: September 8th, 2025 Was told they recently (from class date phone call notification) got the 'go-ahead' to start onboarding LTFO's. |

I'm pretty sure they're still doing 30-40 people every two weeks. That's what the word on the street is, at least, and I believe it based on the recent seniority postings.

I am considering buying more multi time or doing an ATP ride in a piston twin. |
