And just so we’re all on the same page, there are previous posters that have interviewed August and have nov class dates? And hope you day comes soon.

As of now, no one from the August interviews has been called for the November class. They’re still working through the second week of July

FO Base bid for the October 6th new hire class.

DFW 7

Dallas was gone by the 9th person in line.

Miami was gone by the 18th person. The last 5 all got Chicago.

its crazy "not too much over those mins" .. there's alot to be said regarding safety when hiring experienced pilots as available.

From the regionals’ perspective it doesn’t make sense to hire someone with lots of turbine time who might bounce faster especially after they put in the effort to train you and get you a type rating.

The AAWOs are also not doing direct entry captains anymore because it was a disaster. I heard a rumor that a significant number of the DECs that were hired at Envoy have since been fired.

What do you expect when you haven’t touched an aircraft in10 or 15 years….when the going was a little rough.

What's the timeline after day one? Do you do a couple of days of ground and then you get sent home with an iPad to study systems or how does the first month look? And is it rather structured or rather chaotic, especially sims?
