AAG does not want CAs above yr8 on their regionals for cost purposes. Envoy Sr FOs are 6-8 yrs, so I expect them to keep flowing as much as they can until logevity goes down. Which also makes sense that after the protected pilots (4-5 yrs FO currently) the flow is reduced almost to PSA/PDT numbers.
