Well jack how come 10,000 regional fos aren't lined up out the door and around the corner for such a guarantee. I should just go buy my house in a country club now. AA needs 7k pilots in 10-12 years. You think envoy's 300 lifers are gonna train 7k pilots for this flow. Have you lost your mind? The average time now for a street hire is 10 years why is so un-reasonable to fall to 6 in 6 years?

There's a massive pilot shortage in the country. No airline is furloughing anyone. Even if minimums were lowered and newbies stood in line for jobs at the regionals, there still would not be any furloughs within the next 5 years or so. All regionals agree to that.
