He told me about multiple scheduling and staffing issues that weren't allowed by the contract or others that were regularly being abused. After a few minutes of hearing about it all, I guess I kinda just shut down. Bought him a Starbuck's because I felt so bad for him.

Anyway, last I heard the majority of you were perfectly fine bending over and accepting Mr. G's advances. Now, you're blaming HIM for receiving pleasure at your expense ?

You don't know who I'm talking about. The deal for RSV at bk contract was great, he screwed it up in the arbitration.

How's that new APA contract going to vote? Is it going to pass? How about you go and worry about your place and not the place you used to be?

Just relating what I've been told at Envoy. Don't like it ?

Tough.

Our contract vote is up in the air right now with two very divided camps. The jury is still out. It's a free forum. Don't like it ?

Tough.

Do you have a reader's digest distillation of what the two camps are divided about? Is it yes=bend over for the company, no=eff the company, or is it more nuanced than that?

As the new planes start rolling in, your 700s are going to start rolling out, so how is that going to make a difference in current reserve times? Attrition may be the only major factor.....you're losing 47 planes and getting 40 in return.

More complicated and it's a product of long AA/APA history, short history involving bringing in Parker and the MOU and the addition of two new pilot camps. The bottom line is that Parker and Glass have done exactly what they did with Envoy pilots, that being pit the leadership against itself thus nullifying its credibility and in the process destroying the unity of the membership both within itself and in regards to their confidence in the leadership.

A fragmented and disillusioned group is easy prey.

Stop using logic....

Stop assuming the companies plans will play out, the 47 crjs to psa are to fuel the Ponzi scheme at psa and staff the right seats. If they transfer or not is still to be seen.

With no training contract, PSA would have everything to lose.

We have 40 E-175's rolling inn between 2015 and 2017 and additional 90 options starts rolling in June 2016 at the earliest. That's a total of 130 airplanes. And on top of that like Cujo said ALL Envoy pilots have flow through to AA, that includes new hires as well.
