At Envoy it is based on your date of hire ( first day in class ), and your age among your classmates.

Your original thought is correct.

MCO wasn't that bad when I was LGA based and did that commute. Had a crash in Kew and so it made it indifferent commuting up there most days to either airport. Plenty of flights and most are on the bus. (JB and DL) And there was normally a flight that left LGA late enough that even a trip finishing kind of late in the afternoon wasn't the end of the world.

Can someone give me an honest response. Given an offer between Envoy and Republic what would you choose and why?

Do you want 7-8 years of hell, then hopefully flow to AA. Or, do you want better schedules and normal life at a regional, and go out on your own to a major. If going back, id choose better Qol.

That's funny, management keeps projecting that our QoL will get better, and nothing seems to happen there either.

Everybody is going to give you an honest response, but their honest opinions vary wildly. There are too many unknowns in your question for me to give you mine. I will say that I highly recommend not commuting for a regional job, if you can help it.
