Smile Envoy Pipeline Instructor

Anyone that has gone through the envoy pipeline instructor program know if you receive the benefits while you're an instructor working towards your hours (hired by envoy, working for envoy approved flight school) or do you get them when you start training at envoy??

Thanks

You won't actually be able to go anywhere on them or use them at all teaching at a flight school.

That is incorrect. You do get benefits and full travel while at the flight school.

This.

I have a friend that used to travel every two months while instructing with AA benefits.

The only thing is that you can't go into the JS until you're an Envoy pilot.

JS = Jumpseat. You can't ride on it whole traveling, until you start class at envoy. (Usually that Friday is when they activate it)

The other benefit is health Insurance.

All employee benefits are available as a Pipeline Instructor including full health coverage, vacation/sick time accrual, 401k retirement and, of course, travel privileges for you, your spouse (or Registered Companion), your dependents, your parents, as well as "buddy passes" for anyone you wish. (These passes are lower priority, space-available passes that costs more than what you'd pay for your parents to travel. Still a decent discount from full-fare, but can be difficult to travel with. The joke is that you give these passes to your in-laws because they'll never make it to your house using them...)

Oh sweet! Yeah I think the "buddy passes" are D3 and the passes we get are D1 or D2 i think.

Say you're engaged, not married. Does the health benefits go just to you since you aren't married or can you select that it goes to your fiancee?
