Idk those spirit pilots seem happy. AA pilots I meet...they seem like a higher paid extension of wholly owned pilots. Not impressed.

Selection for flow is not actually flowing and is just part of the pre flow process. Usually about two months from “selection” to class.

Envoy is flowing too many as it is and selections vs actual flow numbers are different things. The flow number number is already too high but I digress. The final number of May RE’s is going to be a thing of beauty. Triple digits perhaps?

Maybe they'll do CA pay for all FO's next seeing as they're competing with Delta for junior FO's now.

For a buddy that started last week, what kind of timeline are new hires anticipating to flow? Thanks!

New hires are not anticipated to flow at all. Envoy as a going concern is not likely to survive long enough for someone hired today to flow in the traditional way.

Recruitment quoting 6 years.

They selected 43 for flow last month. Looking at the flow selection website as we speak. I find it very interesting.

Guess I should have went there. I been at PSA 4.7 years now and still have probably 500 in front of me with a 10 per month flow. Attrition is high though. Including me!

flow is no longer necessary when they don't ask for a degree or TPIC at legacies. Just keep yer nose clean.
