Head over to Aviation Interviews and sign up. It will give you everything you need. As others have said, unless you live in a base we have or for some reason "require" the flow, there are way better places to go to. Better pay, better qol, better schedules, better reserve rules etc.

If you live in a base we have, life can be OK assuming you are OK with some of the lowest pay in the industry.

Fresh off the Skypest press:

SkyWest expects the 18 CRJ700s currently flown by ExpressJet for American Airlines will not be extended beyond early 2019. The 18 CRJ700s include 12 aircraft from the original contract with American and six short-term aircraft that transitioned from the Delta contract. The majority of these aircraft are leased.
This is old news correct? Skw will fly these airplanes? Or does this mean something different?

Almost certainly going to SKYW, but conceivably I guess they could wind up at PSA to whatever extent the metal is owned by AA.

Skywest either owns or leases there planes. Aag has nothing to do with ownership of said aircraft.

Skywest has been creeping into DFW. I have been seeing more and more of their crews, along with a crew room very close to ours. I wonder how long they are going to be around.

-Keep the dirty side down

Default What is the timeframe for a new FO to get MIA

Applied a few months ago and was asked to come in for an interview. I was just wondering how long it would take to get MIA after IOE for a FO? I am thinking I would pick the LGA 145 as my second choice since that seems to be the quickest way to get a line to avoid commuting to reserve...

thanks,

About 6 months, so maybe 3 months on the line after IOE. Could slide either way a few months
