More likely it’s a sim instructor. They have SUPT next to their names too.

NY is shrinking a lot in coming months but it used to be 3-5 months after getting out of training for most guys.

I doubt it's less Flying out of NY. Instead I bet they lose the CLT BOS and DFW flying. Complete guess though.

Or more trips from DFW will be routed through LGA.

From the Q&A with RW in LGA we will be doing more fly through from ORD. The amount of flying isn’t changing just shifting. Other than what you said that we will do less and less CLT, BOS and PHL.

Interesting. I'm wondering where the extra 40 lines in DFW are going to come from. I know you said it was a LGA QnA but did he mention about the rise of DFW lines?

The small bases always lose flying to dfw and ord during winter season, have no idea why but that's what they do. N.Y. and Boston used to lose 5000 flying hours each and that flying always went to ord during winter months. This way they have plenty reserves locally to cover weather issue days. Not saying it's right, just saying that is what they have always done. Who gets that flying now, this year could be anyone of 6 carriers.

The company’s way of saving money on the new LOA’s, more pilots will chase lines to ORD and there for not qualify for the unlimited commuter hotels etc.
