If you check out the kitbag page on My.envoyair.com they now show a total of 3 acceptable types of iPads so something is going to happen soon. Also, I was told the automatic notification for the update was turned off to keep people from inadvertently updating their iPads before getting approval. Now we will only get the notification once the update is approved. Makes sense since I haven’t seen an update alert in a long time.

We'll have to keep the current ipads until a plane with fuse-mounted engines and no power outlets has to divert with no working EFBs, then the iPad program will get the axe and we'll all be lugging those big rectangles again.

Top quality rumor, very reliable

Contact them and talk to them about it. If your iPad battery capacity has diminished past a certain threshold, they will replace it. There is an app they can direct you to that will determine what the current status of your battery is.

Yeahhhhhh!!!!! We won a grievance!! Spousal surcharge grievance has been won. The amount of money per pilot that will be awarded is yet to be determined.

For those that don't know what this is.... if your spouse has a job that provides insurance and he/she is on your insurance you get to pay an extra 100$ per month.

According to Nick Kinner we were supposed to get new ones somewhere in 2019... he’s the 175 fleet manager now so Idk if someone is still pushing for that now.

Picked up OT, something came up and now I want to get rid of it. Obviously dropping is out of the question. If I can find someone who is legal for it and wants it I can do a "jetbridge swap" for it right? How far in advance can this take place? They'll keep the premium, right?
