Yeah, DO means day off. I second another poster: do not call crew scheduling. All that does is draw attention to their foul up. Take a screen shot of your bid award (so that you can back up what you should've been awarded in terms of dates off), HI1, and HI2. Then lie low and enjoy your time off.
