Yes. If you are dropping something or posting an uncredited drop in P2P trading, you won't get paid. The drop however does need to go through the approval of crew scheduling so dont assume just because you clicked it that you dont have to fly it.

In RES, it’s one command to see them all at once, and just the SB’s, not everybody. You also don’t have to do it for each equipment type, and each seat. Although, these days it would indeed only be two N3D’s with only EMB in the Base. The RES one also shows which SB they’re doing.

The biggest advantage to RES is quick listing for flights on the fly rather than resorting to the NRTP.

On another note, is it likely there will be backfills? I am considering displacing to the CRJ for the money.
If you are displacing doesn't matter if there's a vacancy or backfills. You hold what your seniority holds.

On a side note. Why would CRJ give you more money? We aren't paid as CA by equipment we fly but by equipment our seniority would hold.

Fair enough. Forgot you'd have to do all seats and equipment.

Do we all think displacements all the way up the list remain likely with those numbers?

The company knows EXACTLY how many are eligible. Pretty sure there are just about a handful more vacancies than they have people to fill them. They have to have vacancies for DECs.

Last numbers indicate a goal of 125 DECs in 2019. They are not going to let anyone bypass upgrade when they have to pay people off the street a bonus.

The money isn't worth the junior mans, calls at 0500 on your day off to try and sucker you into a junior man, the increasing MEL, the five overnights, etc. It's a good airplane, but the other stuff outweighs.

Yeah this, with the added bonus that the company also doesnt know how many will proffer for anything. They will be force upgrading for sure because even if they dont have to for this vacancy, they still know they need to fill those 125 DEC slots and dont want to have to fill anymore than that if they can get away with it.
