I wouldn’t pay 5-$600 on one.
But if you can find one for under $150 on eBay it’s worth it.
You can get the name badge made for $20 from the correct uniform supplier and the Velcro shoulder boards from crew outfitters.

It's warm, but not unbearably. I do get hot sometimes if i have to power walk from one of CLT to the other with it on. Overall I'm happy with it. I hate the company provided jackets. Both. And since the M&H jacket is not impressive, I nearly always wear the Leather jacket.
I will warn you though It took forever to receive when i ordered it. They quoted 6-8 weeks to make and ship the jacket but it ended up taking almost 4 months to arrive. I called them several times and they always had an excuse. I got "the power was out the other day, so we were closed" on like 4 separate occasions. Then they "lost my jacket". Then " it was done for a while and we forgot to mail it" like a day after being told they are still making it. I ordered it in February when I was at indoc, and got it in early June iirc.
I have the perrone leather jacket. I believe mine is sheepskin but I cant remember for sure. I like it. It's nicely made: heavy-duty zipper, nice stitching, nice thick leather, etc. It's comfortable. I also like that its made in NY.

I'd recommend getting the zip out liner option if you're based up north, makes a world of difference on frigid days. It basically adds a zipper and a thinsulate vest you zip in for cold wx ops.

Quickrade keeps it on your calendar until the next month's bids come out I guess. Too late now.
