CRJ was selected sporadically today. Youngest two had no choice. So youngest 145 was 23. 175 went to the first 7 and then the 9th. Youngest 175 was born in 1966 so 51. LGA and ORD was pretty well split in the 145. I selected 145 LGA.

Oddly enough, they just sent a message today saying they will be selecting more pilots for the pool. They have done it a lot lately. Not that it correlates to the amount of flows sent, but perhaps they are expecting a higher number of flows in the coming months.

I get the optimism but historically there has been no correlation between selection and classes with the flow. I wouldn't read into it at all.

What's the difference in a pre offer and CJO? Why would they do a pre offer?
